Ceramic Insulation is the most efficient solution on your high temperature insulation. The mix of refractory fibers and binders, which have low organic content is vacuum processed into high temperature ceramic fiber board that imparts just right mechanical strength even after heating. Ceramic Board is a refractory board which has low thermal conductivity & high tensile strength and superb resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack. Upon initial use at specific temperature the organic binder burns and turns the board to brownish giving slight odor. Once the binder is burnt out it is going to be pure white & odorless.
