A pre-polymerized oil that is made by heating oil in the presence of oxygen. It creates an oil that is less-yellowing, dries quicker, yet it is not as thick as stand oil. There are many different recipes for ways to make this oil. They use different temperatures and boiling times to achieve different working properties.
